A distinction that sets SerendipityHR apart from many HR consultants is that I was a customer of HR before becoming an HR provider. My first 20 years in the corporate world were spent in key P&L functions such as operations management, CRM, marketing, and sales. Its the last 10+ years that have been spent in Human Resources. Such a diverse background has resulted in unique insights and experiences that heighten not only SerendipityHRs commitment to provide customer-responsive, strategic HR services, but also our ability to do so.
This broad range of practical experience is augmented with completion of academic studies at DePaul University in organizational communications and mediation. In addition, I have created and presented numerous workshops and seminars on topics related to leadership, management, human relations, time management, career planning, conflict resolution, and interviewing. These training sessions were presented in a diverse spectrum of venues ranging from Fortune 500 companies to entrepreneurial start-ups to community colleges.
